The Story of EpicureSauces
"I make sure to use only healthy, fresh ingredients and pay attention to a rounded taste. I like it when all elements are in it, salty, sweet, sour, spicy. Because otherwise, it gets boring."
EpicureSauces has been created by Claudia-Maria Richters. As a graduated psychologist and naturopathist, she has always been interested in healthy nutrition.
Besides her therapeutic work, she began to develop a passion for culinary arts. Originally from Hamburg, she settled many years ago in Spain. Being a true nature lover, she grows her own herbs and vegetables on a beautiful hilltop in Javea.
Alongside her partner, the chef Angel Galán, she works at the project 55degrees, organic foods cooked with the Sous-Vide method. She is involved in all steps of the cooking process, from product selection to the creation of recipes. Which finally gave her the idea to create a bouquet of signature sauces and dressings, based on the finest ingredients and herbs: the birth of EpicureSauces.
