Summer recipe: Fresh tuna with Teryiaki

This light and healthy dish is a delicacy. What's great - it is easy and quick to prepare.

Take a fresh piece of tuna fillet, cut as evenly thick, wide and long as possible. Salt it and oil it, you can use olive oil for example.


Now put a pan on the stove and let it get very hot.


Then put the tuna in the pan and - important - fry it on all sides for only a very short time, about 10 seconds. All sides should be fried golden brown.


Take the tuna out of the pan immediately afterwards. The tuna is now still raw on the inside and fried on the outside.


Arrange and garnish with finely chopped chives. Serve with Teryiaki sauce.


A fresh green salad rounds off this light summer dish.
